Priority is committed to keeping in touch with what you, our residents and service users, want.

This is to make sure that the services you get from Priority are always good enough.

We do this in various ways including;

  • Regular contact between you and our staff
  • House meetings
  • Annual surveys
  • A departure questionnaire when leaving the project
  • Other group meetings, socials and consultation exercises
  • Meet Up, Speak Up

You can download a copy of our annual survey from the web site, to complete and return to the office or your support worker.
