What is discrimination?

  • We will avoid discrimination when we provide services or develop new services
  • We will make sure that information about our services is publicised as widely as possible and encourage awareness of our services by all sections of the community. We will always look for ways of making our services more accessible
  • We will make sure that make sure that you are treated in an equal way when we deal with your complaints, comments and compliments
  • We will make sure that our staff are fully aware of our Equal           Opportunities Policy and their responsibilities to make this policy a reality.
